Project “Nagham and Humam”

The Bhimitkom Association implemented the “Nagham and Humam” project, which consisted of 10 therapeutic sessions focusing on sports, music, and arts for a group of young people, both male and female, in the outskirts of Jerusalem, aged 14-29. The sessions were conducted with the presence of specialists in music therapy, sports, and arts, alongside a psychological counselor to monitor the participants’ mental well-being and identify any needs for further interventions. The participants expressed their happiness with being part of these sessions and highlighted their positive impact, particularly in terms of psychological well-being.
