Through Virtual Communication with Gaza: Aman Coalition, in collaboration with Bihimmetkom Association for Persons with Disabilities, Holds Workshop on “The Role of International Organizations in Protecting Persons with Disabilities in Gaza”
A workshop was held in Ramallah by the Aman Coalition in collaboration with the Bihimmetkom Association for Persons with Disabilities, focusing on “The Role of International Organizations in Protecting Persons with Disabilities in the Gaza Strip”, especially as the genocide war approaches its first anniversary.
The workshop was attended by representatives from international, governmental, human rights, and civil society organizations, as well as activists from various governorates across the country. The session highlighted the humanitarian situation of persons with disabilities in Gaza, the role of international organizations in providing emergency aid, the challenges they face, the need to enhance legal protection, partnerships with local institutions, and the importance of international advocacy in mobilizing global public opinion in support of the cause.
