ملخص

قضايا الإعاقة ودمج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة تواجه صعوبات كثيرة، وتتنوع الصعوبات ما بين داخلية وخارجية، من اجل الوصول الى الخدمات المطلوبة، وتحقيق مبدأ المساواة  بين افراد المجتمع ، والاستفادة من الامكانيات الكامنة لديهم  وتعتبر البيئة المحيطة من اكبر العوائق  بذلك، لعدم مواءمة ابنيتها لوصول الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة لها، وبقائهم معتمدين على غيرهم في تنفيذ احتياجاتهم اليومية. وبالرغم من صعوبة الوصول، الا ان هناك حالات تحدت الصعاب، وبنت جسورا للحياة   والاعتماد على الذات والدمج في نواحي الحياة. و هنا تكمن اهمية تسليط الضوء على المواءمات البئية في الابنية والمنازل لتسهيل وصول الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة الى الخدمات والموارد ، واعتبارها حق لهم، مع ضرورة الانتباه الى الية تنفيذ المواءمات ضمن معايير واضحة، باشراف فنيين مختصين. 

Abstract

The integration of refugees with disabilities faces many internal and external difficulties, in order to accesses to the required services, and the realization of the principle of equality among the members of the community, and takes advantage of the inherent possibilities they have. The surrounding of their environment still has the biggest obstacles due of the lack of accesses of them to the buildings that influence negatively into their integration and survival them on the dependent on others in the implementation of their daily needs. In spite of the difficulty of access, there are success stories that break the barriers and building hope bridges. And highlighting on the necessary on adaptation the buildings and homes and to facilitate the movements of persons with disabilities to enhance their accessibility to services and resources based on their rights. This adaptation must implement under the supervision of specialized technicians with clear criteria.
